When buying multiple items, they are shipped in a single box. In the event that you require additional gift boxes for your gifting, please add them the cart.

Shipping

 We're excited to let you know that your order will be shipped out within the next business day! We use Australia Post for all our orders, and while delivery usually takes 3-5 days, there may be unforeseen delays. Don't worry though, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can stay in the loop.

International Shipments

- Our prices are listed in Australian Dollars, making it easy for you to know exactly how much you'll be spending.

- Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 15-20 days on average.

- Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the checkout, so be sure to check your country's laws to avoid any surprises.

- We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but there may be unforeseen delays along the way.

Returns

- Arcobaleno values customer satisfaction above all else, and takes pride in the quality of our products.

- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a 7-day return policy with the option for a replacement or refund.

- However, we ask that customers follow our care instructions and maintenance guidelines before returning a product, as we cannot be held responsible for mistreatment.

We understand that your jewellery is precious to you and you want it to last as long as possible. To ensure that your jewellery stays in great condition, we recommend following these simple guidelines: 

• Clean your pieces with a jewellery polishing cloth to keep them looking shiny and new.
• To ensure longevity, please avoid contact with harsh body lotions, fragrances, cosmetic products and hair products, as these can cause damage to your jewellery.
• Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, hot tubs, sea water and exercising. This will prevent any damage caused by exposure to water or sweat.
• Store your jewellery separately in a pouch to avoid scratches from friction.
• Keep your jewellery dry in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. This will protect it from the elements of daily exposure.
• Do not wear whilst at the gym, or during contact sports. 
• Store your jewellery flat in a jewellery box or on a soft surface to prevent kinking.

Regular care of your precious jewellery is your responsibility and Arcobaleno will not be responsible for the ongoing maintenance that is required.
